We buy what we review
Every product reviewed on this site was ordered at the listed price and paid for by us. We do not accept free samples for reviews, we do not let a seller read a page before it publishes, and we do not change a score after the fact. When we do not finish a test window we say so instead of publishing a half-test with a number on top of it.
The five criteria behind every score
Product reviews are scored on ingredient transparency, how the test window actually went, daily usability, value for money and how the seller handles refunds. Each one is a percentage, and the overall score is the plain average. Nothing is weighted up to make a product look better than the experience behind it.
We are not clinicians
Nobody here is a doctor, a dentist or a dietitian, and we do not use "medically reviewed" language anywhere on the site. What we can do is read a published study and check whether the dose in a bottle matches the dose in the paper. That is the entire basis of our claims, and every page that leans on research links to the sources it used.

rel="sponsored" and open in a new tab. A product does not get a better score for having an
affiliate programme, and products with no programme at all still get reviewed.
Privacy
We collect the minimum: an email address if you subscribe, and standard analytics to see which pages are read. We do not sell subscriber lists and we do not run ad networks that follow you between sites.
